Table Tracker 3.07.2 beta

Postby Gary J » Thu Aug 12, 2010 8:12 pm

Table Tracker has stopped opening tables for me and gives me an error message "unable to open Table". I have looked through the forum to see if anyone else was having this problem but I couldn't find any recent posts.

Any help would be appreciated.

I saw this stop working briefly a couple of days ago after a PokerStars update, but it was working again yesterday and still is now.
Try closing Stars down and running it once normally then closing it and opening through TableTracker again.
If it still won't open tables, check that the tables you're trying to open aren't filtered out of the lobby view, and tell us which limits you're searching for.

That's what I'm using and it's working fine for me.
If you use Vista or Windows 7 make sure that both PT3 and PokerStars are set to Run as Administrator - sometimes an update can make it forget.
ATTENTION: Windows VISTA and 7 users, you must read this...

What limits are you searching for?

I am searching for micro limit games, .02nl and .10nl. Table Tracker will change poker stars game list to "all" then the error shows up and the table does not open. The Poker stars table filter is off.

Originally I deleted the if1.enc and replaced it from the forum, then I noticed that it was from earlier this year. I uninstalled Poker Tracker 3 and reinstalled it. I checked run as administrator for both Poker Tracker 3 and Poker Stars.

Table Tracker stopped opening tables after the last update.

I have the micro limit Poker Tracker 3 and 1 month free bronze level Table Tracker. I have had Poker Tracker about 4 days.

Both of those table types are working fine for me.
Please try closing PokerStars and then launching it from TT again - if Stars updated when you launched it from TT before then it may not be connected correctly.

I have let TT open Poker Stars for me, there is still an error message. TT actually contacts Poker Stars and changes the Table Lobby menu to "all" seats, so it is communicating with poker Stars. Also all the table stats are displayed on Table Tracker. The only thing TT doesn't do is open the table and sometimes doesn't see a table until after several searches.

Ah, it's not working for me again now. I am speaking to the development team about getting a fix and I'll get back to you, but keep an eye out for sticky post updates.
