I tried doing that in the post but when trying to replace the file it stopped me saying that the file was read onl. And what was the "86" referring to, it isn't included in my files.

You will need to close PT3 down before you replace the file. If that doesn't help, reboot your computer then save the file.
Don't worry about the "86" - just use whatever path you installed PT3 to.

Table opening is working fine for me with this new file.

Please reboot your computer and open the Data folder in "My Computer".
Find the if4.enc file and rename it to if4.enc.old.
Download and save the new version of the file to the Data folder.
Run the Full Tilt software once (manually) to make sure it can update if it needs to so that you have the latest version.
Close Full Tilt down again.
Run PT3.
Do a TT search for FTP tables.
Select a table and click Launch Site.
Login to FTP.
Make sure that the table types visible in TT are also visible in the FTP lobby.
Click Open Table in TT.
