What version of PT3 are you using? (see the title bar of PT3)
What type of games do you play?
The EV graph will only differ from your actual amount won if you get all-in with one other player. If you play limit games, for instance, then you will very rarely be all-in.

I know.. I play nl200-400 hold em.

Build 5.2 is pretty old - you should update to the latest version 3.06.2.
