Steps on Full Tilt

Hi anyway of chanding this just noticed if you are playing on steps and win a ticket to the same level or above it registers on step 1 as the buy in was $3:30 and your net won was -$3:30 when you use the ticket to enter another game it takes the $3:30 ticket and records that as a minus net won to! now if you proceed up the steps winning tickets its going to keep showing as a loss and cock all the SnG winnings up! Any ideas? Or would we just have to try and sort it out using filters?
