new pc, graphics card question

Hi!

I'm going to buy a new pc and I'd like to know if for PT3 in particular a graphic card is important in terms of performance?
Would a onboard card be the same performance wise or would it be better to invest a little more?

Your graphics card will have very little effect on PT3's performance - the bottle-neck is generally hard disk speed as it's all about database queries.
Get a big, fast hard disk and plenty of RAM. Any new computer will have a good enough processor (obviously the faster the better) and graphics. The graphics card will only really come into play if you are going to be massively multi-tabling with the HUD, but even then I wouldn't expect any problems.
