Works perfectly one day then next it doesn't

Postby cmon fisheeeee » Tue Apr 20, 2010 4:18 pm

I played last night with it perfectly working. I switched it off. I didn't change any settings and then when i load up 14 tables the next day it stopped working. I didn't change anything with the settings. It's been doing this to me often and that cost me $150 today which i am annoyed about. Why does it do that? I've rebooted it and it still happens every so often. It happens ramdonly. It's costing me more money then i paid for it lol. I am very annoyed by it but i guess i can win it back. Any reasons why it my be doing this?

Try playing 14 sng at once and see how you handly it without any software.

I didn't cash in either 1 but i say it's because i lose with pt3 lol.

Many thanks,

Well i clicked auto import and had my tables loaded up and pokertracker 3 says couldn't find any files. I changed where the hands are stored then changed it again. Weird thing is that is works some of the time but not other times. if you get what i mean

What site do you play at?
Were the hand history files written for the tables that PT3 couldn't find?

I have a similar problem.. its a bit like an old car that needs warming up on a winter morning (and I don't even drive).

The main program works fine mostly but its the HUD that has trouble (Pokerstars). Sometimes it just sits inactively in background processes, but after restarting PokerTracker a couple of times with a table open its magicly coughs and splutters into life! Maybe Im just too impatient not sure.

One possible cause of this (and what to do about it) is explained in the Tutorial - Preventing Duplicates.

If that doesn't help then next time you have trouble please report your problem so that we can investigate.
