reupdate database with new beta 3.07?

I did get an error while the database was updating because I ran out of hdd space. Do I need to reupdate it, if so, how do I do that? And how much space would this operation require?

I'm not certain of the answer to this one, but I'll ask a member of the development team for you and try and get some more information.

Actually, I did restart PT3 and it asked me to update again and it went ahead and did it without any problems so I assume its all good now.
