Stars hands not being imported but only observed

[Middleman]

Just installed PT3. difficult. loaded all past hands ok. but Stars wont import hands from current sessions. Says PokerStars: Hand observed but not imported (#43604651119) from Sophia X. Tried to follow all instructions in manuals. Auto Detect in preferences for Stars. Set Stars options to save hands, same directory as PT3 and english. What am I doing wrong? I I have also disabled preferred seat choice.

With all of that configured as you say it should be working. Please report your problem as your log files will show us in greater detail exactly what is going on and should make it clearer where the problem is.
