I am finding that the hud displays stats on most players, however, there are some players who never show up in my database. Its as if they are ghosts. What's up?

The first thing that comes to mind is when was the last time you ran housekeeping? In particular, when was the last time you updated your cache?

Also what version of PT3 are you using and what site are you playing at?

version 3.00 beta 30.1 Poker Stars. I have never run housekeeping but am running now.

We have made several bug fix releases since the Beta 30.1 release. Please upgrade at least to 3.06.2 and see if that helps as well once the housekeeping finishes.

I downloaded the software updates you recommended. Receive message that software is installed successfully, however, the poker tracker window header still says v3.0 beta 30.1. Now I have a hud display for me, but not for any of the other players in ring games. Can you help?

disregard last post. new software is up and running. HUD DISPLAY ISSUE IS FIXED! THANK YOU!!!!!!
