Hi Guys,

I have reinstalled XP, and since then i receive the error below -when starting PT3- :

Unable to connect to PostgreSQL database: PT3_2010_06_14_212319
Reason: Unable to login to database (PT3_2010_06_14_212319). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "???" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

Whats the quickest workaround?

I look fwd to your response,
Edwin.
