Possible to de-activate license from inaccessible laptop?

Postby keyser33 » Fri Jun 25, 2010 4:58 am

I purchased PT3 in the summer of 2008. The laptop I was using at the time died last year, after which I used my PT3 license to activate PT3 on another laptop. The hard drive in that laptop crashed this week, so I'm moving on to a third hard drive. The previous 2 computers that I'd installed PT3 on are both dead. Can I deactivate the licenses from those computers by any means other than uninstalling PT3 from those computers, as those computers are inaccessible?

If the computers in question are dead, whether or not they had licenses on them previously will not count against you.
