PT's definition of cold call

I've used PT for a while, and yet unbelievably I am just realizing that I didn't understand how PT defines a "cold call." Unless I'm a dummy, a cold call is calling (but not raising) when faced with more than one bet in a single action. i.e. One opponent bets, and another raises, and you call. But it looks like PT considered calling one single opponents open raise as a cold call. :? Here's a random hand I just pulled up that I filtered for a hero cold call.

The only thing I can figure is that PT uses a old fixed limit Holdem model. So when someone makes a typical opening bet of several times the big blind, it's recognized as technically more than one bet, but not necessarily 2 (or more) bets from different villains. Is that how it works?

How is this definied differently than a PFR? Is it a subset? Confused.

Hero calls cold whenever hero calls a raise without having placed any money into the pot previously.

Hands that count towards PFR are all and only hands in which hero raised preflop.

Hero can only call cold and have the hand count towards PFR when one calls a preflop raise, someone else 3-bets and then hero 4-bets.

Ooops. Right, I had a brain fart. I mean is CCPF a subset of Call PFR. Ooops. Wouldn't CCPF also include Call 3 Bet and also Call 4 Bet?

Yes, but not all 3- and 4-bet calls. If you have already put money in before you call the 3- or 4-bet (such as a blind or a limp) then you can't cold call.
