Ok so my free 60 day trial is up and now I want to purchase, how do I do that? Do I have to re download it or what

Proceed to our purchase page (or here for Omaha) and purchase a license. Your registration code will be e-mailed to you and once you enter it into PT3 your version will be registered and all features will be unlocked. There is no need to uninstall or redownload anything.
