My name is Andrew Schilinski and my email address is <removed>. I just tried to purchase Hold'em and Omaha micro stakes. I entered in my credit card information, and my payment went through, then it said you guys had a server error right afterwards, and I was never taken to a download screen or anything, and my credit card has been charged. Here is the charge below: What the hell is going on? Where is my software? Or where is my refund?
