How to transfer poker track data from a windows to

an apple poker tracker system? I searched the forums but no luck so far. Thanks for your advice

You can transfer everything at once using the Backup and Restore mechanism.

but how do i transport the database? What is it's name? Can i sent it as an attachment to an e-mail?

You can include your database in the backup - the tutorial I linked you to explains how to do it.
When you have made the backup file it is just a normal zip file that you can move any way you like.

Thanks I have difficulties in transporting the back-up from my PC to then Mac. Its way to big for an e-mail. Any suggestions?

If you can network the computers you can copy the file directly. Alternatively copy it to a USB stick or a DVD, or temporarily upload it to a filesharing website. If you need it in smaller chunks you could use a compression utility (e.g. WinZip, 7-zip, etc) to store the backup file in an archive spread over a set of smaller files.
