PT3 suddenly stopped working with Bodog

Hi Guys,

After successfully configuring PT3 to work with Bodog and using the hand grabber, after about 2 months of tracking, PT3 is no longer interacting with my Bodog tables.

Any suggestions?

Did you change anything on your system, e.g. your firewall?
Bodog is still working for me so please report your problem so that we can investigate.

i recently changed my AV/firewall from Norton to AVG (Norton was interfering with my internet connection).

does that help?

i just loaded up party poker and PT3 is working fine with that poker client... so I guess it must be more than just a FW issue?

In the full version of AVG there is an option which, if checked, will cause the Bodog handgrabber to fail - this option is "Use heuristic analysis".

All you need to do to disable it is open the AVG control center, double click on Web Shield and uncheck "Use heuristic analysis" and then restart the auto import and the handgrabber should fire up normally.

If it still doesn't work after that please report your problem so that we can investigate further.
