In the Tournament/Summary tab you can see other players ROI and ITM (also in custom reports).

Is there any way to add these stats to the HUD? Either in the HUD itself or in the pop-ups?

I play SitNGos and this would help with knowing who is good in these games and who is not.

No, that kind of stat can't be added to the HUD.
Stats used in the HUD are based on totals of a player's previous hands, and tournament results do not fall under that category.
