Imported stats blue & say on HUD "Unknown Token Encountered"

I've converted from HEM to PT3. (My poker group all have PT3). However, I miss some crucial features.

I imported Stack BB, short name, and other features off your site. Unfortunately the new imported stats appear blue within my group stats. When I start the auto import, the stats read "unknown token encountered:...." in the HUD. I went to Database > Housekeeping and performed an update and rebuild of the cache. I also rebooted my computer. Still not good to go.

What gives?




Also... where do I go to put in a request for VIDEO TUTORIALS? There's TONS of professionally done videos available on HEM. I was fortunate to find 4 or 5 PT3 amateur videos scattered on YouTube.

Custom stats are blue so that you can spot them easily in the list.

Due to the way that the cache now updates incrementally stats like Stack BB and Player Name Short won't work correctly in the HUD (although they shouldn't give an error, and Stack BB should work for "hero"). There is a request in our system to add proper versions of these kind of stats to PT3 but I don't know when that will be done.

"Unknown token" suggests that one of the columns used by the stat doesn't exist - you did click "Apply" after you imported them, didn't you?
If you open the custom stats window again now and view your imported stats (Stack BB, for instance), do all of the columns used in the Value Expression exist in the Columns tab?

If everything looks OK please export the stat and attach it to a Support ticket so that we can investigate. Also tell us exactly which stat you downloaded from the Get More section so that we can test it.

That canned letter tutorial gave me a migraine...(I'm a newbie to PT3)... but I eventually figured it out. I double-check the stats I imported:

Stack BB = WORKS for Hero. (<-- good enuff)
BB fold to SB 2 = WORKS
Tournament Start = ????? = I can't find it in the "All stats" directory. I'm imported it twice
short name = BAD = gives me "Unknown Token Encountered"

The "short name" value expression appears in the Variable tab, not the Columns tab. All other stat's value expressions appear in the columns.


Oh... and I did hit "apply".

Tournament Start will not work in the HUD - it is a stat used to group custom reports.
Short name uses a variable but the variable should use a column - does that column exist? Either way, the short name is a workaround stat which doesn't work well with the incremental cache so I would suggest not using it anyway as it will adversely affect performance.
