Poker tracker Purchased With PartyPoker Points

Hello,

Long time ago i purchased Poker tracker with Party poker points. Knowing i was only able to use Poker tracker in combination with Party poker. Now i want to switch sites, please advise me how i can make "my" Poker tracker suitable for other sites as well. I assume a low $ fee is needed?
