UB/Cereus Tournament Summaries

Is anyone else having trouble getting UB tournament hand histories with a summary at the end of the tournament? I used to be able to request hand histories via email, but that feature doesn't seem to be working any longer, and when I look at the hand histories stored to my hard drive, the end-of-tournament summaries are not included. I contacted UB support, but they didn't seem to understand what I was asking for. Can anyone on the forum help?

6 weeks ago I email UB support requesting tourney summaries for two tournies in my DB that were incomplete. I'm still waiting.

Have you tried using the Cereus lobby via My Account > Hand History > Request Hand History via Email... ?

its not working for some reason.
But try use the chat feature, i said id like the last month of sngs and mtts summaries and i got them right away

Thanks for all the quick replies everyone! At least I know this isn't a problem on my end. I will try requesting the hand histories via chat and/or a direct email request.
