Interpreting Amount won vs All-in EV

I am new to poker tracker and I am trying to figure out how to interpret the cash game graph lines of amount won vs all-in EV. If anyone could explain this to me that would be great. Does this explain how well you are playing or how well you are running or what? Any help would be very much appriciated.

It shows you what your results would be if, when you had gotten all in, the hand were stopped and you were handed your equity in the pot instead of running out the cards. You can compare it to your Amount Won line to see if you've been doing better than expected in those spots or worse than expected in those spots.

Ok thanks for the reply. One other question I have is: If your amount won is lower than your All-in EV does that mean that you are playing bad or does that mean that you are getting unlucky?

The short answer is unlucky.

The longer answer is that variance is actually fairly large and you have to recall that you will almost never have your actual result match your expected result (unless you have 100% or 0% equity, or are guaranteed a chop), so over the short term it is going to fluctuate wildly. Only in the very long run should it converge on the same number - though I've seen respected intelligent mathematically minded posters here and on 2+2 express skepticism of that assertion on the basis that stack size differences as well as skill differentials will lead to divergences for tournament players at a bare minimum and potentially for all players. Unfortunately I don't have a citation handy for that post.
