Cant get PokerTracker to work with FullTiltPoker Site

Postby proweddingphotos » Mon Feb 14, 2011 5:29 pm

I just started playing on FullTiltPoker after playing several months on PokerStars. Everything worked fine with PokerTracker on PokerStars, but I can not get it to work with FullTiltPoker. I configured my location for saving my HandHistory on FullTiltPoker and made sure the directories agreed within PokerTracker for that website, but it says "no files found to process" and he HUD is now working, either.

Can you help? What am I missing?

Make certain you're running Full Tilt as Administrator as that might cause problems if you weren't. If that doesn't do it, please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce and report this problem and we'll investigate for you further.

I've tried running FullTiltPoker as administrator and that didn't work. Don't know how to run PT3 with link logging enabled link. This is all Greek to me. I know it makes sense to you, but it does not register with me as to what you mean or how to do it.

This is the same advise I was given when the registration failed to take on PT3 and I now find myself having to hand enter my registration number for pokertracker every single time I start it up. I'm running it as administrator, too. This is after 20k hands of poker with pokertracker.

Can you help?

Please see the Tutorial: Submitting a Bug Report (as linked by Kraada) which explains how to run with logging and report your problem.
