The Top left HUD is consistently missing

Is there a reset button cos i cant find the the stats for the player to the top left ( this is consistent for all my tables )
i have the stats available and up to date for all the other players

You can reset the HUD to its default state from the Configure --> Configure Hud window. Choose the profile you want to reset from the drop down at the top left, then click Options --> Replace Current Profile With Default and that should do it for you.

oh that means if i don't have a backup of my profile , there is no way to get it back if it disappeared ?

If you have a backup of your profile then you can reimport it, creating a new profile with those settings and delete the version which is not working properly.

i used the same profile on Pokerstars and 888 poker , the latest version of PT3 , apparently , it only occurs on 888poker

Could you please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, take a screenshot of the issue and report it so that we can make sure this gets investigated and fixed for a future release?

If you duplicate your Profile (instead of exporting and re-importing it) then it will "forget" the saved positions, so you should get all the stats back on-screen, although you will then need to re-position them all.
