speeding up HUD display time

Postby kes1981 » Thu Mar 03, 2011 8:48 pm

Is there any way to make the HUD display faster? It usually takes 4-5 hands before I can see it....

Please read the FAQ: PT3 HUD for tuning tips.
In particular, if you get a lot of duplicates reported when you start Auto Import please read the Tutorial: Preventing Duplicates.

I checked everything before I posted.

I'm on an SSD, no old HH are in the folder, cache is always at 100%.

So a 5 hand delay isn't standard before HUD stats pop up?

Not unless you have the minimum hands requirement set to 5 in the HUD Options.

Please report your problem so that we can investigate further.

It's set to 1. I have tried everything to no avail. I don't really know what I can report tbh. What should I include when submitting it?

Enable logging and restart PT3.
Start Auto Import and then play at a single table.
Note the time that the HUD appears and attach the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files to a Support ticket along with the hand history file for the table.

The Tutorial: Submitting a Bug Report has more information.
