We replied back to that ticket after 8 hours. Please go to the "My Tickets" page and open the ticket there and you should be able to see the message.

Do you not receive e-mails? I replied in the e-mail I got with an issue I was having with your instructions (an error). Might you have misplaced this e-mail?
