Unable to Execute Query Messages

I'm having troublr with my PT3 in that i was getting red error messages in player column in the left hand side which has now changed to a red error message in the final hands window. I don't know what to do. I was thinking of using the restore command under file to restore a copy of my PT3 when it was working. Would i cause any problems doing that since when we upload to a new version you stress that PT3 shouldn't be uninstalled as it can cause problems?

That could work, though I'd like to at least get a copy of these error messages so that we can see if this is potentially a more general problem. Please try restarting PT3 using the Logging Enabled link, reproduce the error and report it as per this tutorial and we'll take a look.

I can't undrstand the instructions! I've enabled logging, imported hands so what and where are the files i need to send. Can't see them in logging

They're not in the Logs folder, they're one folder above - in the main PT3 folder.

I just sent them on a support ticket. I hope they are the ones as it has taken me ages to complete the process. The PT3 screen seems to have been refreshing at the rate of a square centre a minute!

Those were the right log files - the additional logs that are now being requested are to see if there are any specific errors within PostgreSQL that are causing your troubles.
