is this software worth the money

just got free trial,do you have to be a brain surgeon and is it worth the money?, it looks like it would take a good while to get the hang of it. Also what is the biggest benefit of having it? THANKS FOR ANY ADVICE

There are many advantages to using PokerTracker - you can analyse your own play (or your opponents) by reviewing sessions or filtering for certain situations, keep track of your results, and use the HUD to see information on your opponents while you play, to mention just a few.
