Pissing off 30 million U.S., online poker players is not good.

I suspect the end result is far from clear at this point, but Friday certainly was a dark day for poker, and PokerTracker stands with our US customers in solidarity.

I don't know about 30 million, but this one voter will be writing each candidate for a clear response on how he/she stands on the issue.

Good for you. I will be doing the same and I hope that there are many more like us out there.

Same here. I've already been sending messages to my state reps and whatnot.

As for Ron Paul, he's against taxing online poker and feels what you do on your time is your own business as long as it's not harming someone else. Libertarian/Objectivist take on it.

I know this is off topic, but to clarify the raids would have happened even if the law had changed. This case was brought by the US Department of Justice located in the Southern District of New York, the president has no control over the actions of this division. Although it is a federal case, New York State's constitution is the sticking issue that will decide the outcome. If Ron Paul was elected, chances are the case would have proceeded anyway, determining who to prosecute is not part of the President's duties.

With that said, there is nothing wrong with supporting Ron Paul if you chose to do so.
