Okay how do i highlight one session to purge? I double-click, triple-click ... nothing happens. Thanks

Just single click to highlight a session in the purge window.

Note: If you're going to do a lot of purging you will get much better performance by updating to v3.11.0 Beta (if you haven't already) - purge speed was improved significantly in this version.
