The first, second, fourth and sixth '/' have the same inclination and colour. The third and fifth '/' have a different inclination and the last '/' has a different colour.

To the best of my knowledge I have made no settings changes that would create this.

Are all of the stats "normal" numeric stats, or are some of them formatted? I wonder if the 3rd and 5th / are part of a stat rather than being a configured separator.
It's possible that the colours of the / are defined by the foreground of the stat but then the colour of the stat is changed by a colour condition, maybe within the stat itself.
Please make a Backup of just your default Optional Files (no databases) and attach it to a Support ticket. Tell me the name of the profile used and I'll investigate.
