You'll need to export your hand histories and then reimport them using our Manual Import functions - or you can use the original hand histories if you still have them.

Doesn' t work. Exported hands from HEM to separate file using "save hands to hard disk" option. Does not work. Tried exporting whole database. Does not work either.

p.s. for some reason HEM can find PT3 database, but PT3 cannot find HEM database. why is that?

What site is this for?
Are the exported hands in a different format to the originals?
Don't you still have the original hand history files? They should be in a HM archive folder, and you should be able to import those fine.

It' s for Boss Media (Opoker). I cannot find any folder similar to Processed of PT3 in HEM files. Also original Boss Media Hand folders seem to be empty. I have run out of options.

Interestingly, it IS possible to import hand histories that were originally gathered by PT3 and imported into HEM database (basically reimporting them back to PT3). I cannot import only those hand histories that were gathered by HEM.

There should be a folder called C:\HMArchive where the hand history files are moved to.

Please compress and attach a few of the exported hand history files to a Support ticket and we'll see what can be done about importing them.

Yes, there is :) Thank you very much! You helped me a lot! I was looking in the HM folders and missed that.
