How would I redownload my PT3? It's been a couple years, I believe, since I paid for it.

OK, I see that I need my registration Code. How do I recover that?

You can get your code at any time from My Account > Registration Codes in the Side Navigation bar of this website, and you can re-download as often as you like from the Download page.

I see that I had purchased PT2 (NOT PT3), so I guess I need to contact support?

Yes, but please bear in mind that PT2 is no longer being supported now that PT3 is well established (and PT4 is imminent).
You can still use PT2, but if the site you play has updated since the end of PT2 support then it may not function correctly. If you create a support ticket and tell us your new Product ID we'll send you a new code, though.

I'd suggest that you try out the 60 day free trial of PT3, though.
If you want to buy it you get a discount as a PT2 owner, and if you buy PT3 now you will get the update to PT4 for free when it is released (sometime in the next few months)
