PT no longer importing any observed hh

Hi guys,

PT used to import 30 observed hands when I first opened it every session. I have it set to do so but it no longer does that for me. Is this on purpose? tx

No, that functionality still exists in PT3. Check that you still have the "Enable Memory Grabber" option ticked in Auto Import > PokerStars Configuration.
Also make sure that the shortcut to launch PT3 is configured with Run As Administrator.
ATTENTION: Windows VISTA and 7 users, you must read this...

If you're still not getting any observed hands imported please report your problem - your logs will contain info to let us see what is going on.

Yes, "Enable Memory Grabber" option IS ticked in Auto Import > PokerStars Configuration.
And I am the admin but I am not sure if you mean more than just having my Windows XP set as admin when you say "Also make sure that the shortcut to launch PT3 is configured with Run As Administrator."

Do I need to do something more than being the admin to configure the PT3 shortcut?

On XP "Run As Administrator" doesn't apply.
Please report your problem so that we can investigate further.
