PAHUD stats not working for me

My drop down stats don't display any data. Everyone's elses' works fine. It stopped working a few patches back and I just thought it would eventually get resolved. What further information do you need to get this resolved? thx

Yes. The text descriptors such as VPIP are there but the place where the stats should be listed are blank.

What is the minimum hands required set too?
And how often are your self stats configured to update?
Your own stats are only for the session so It's possible that you have filters set up that prevent them from showing.
Options -> Preferences -> Filters / Refresh Rates.

The only filters I have set are to filter by current cash level. I have the refresh rate set to 1 min,9999999 max and refresh after every 1 hands. My stats used to work fine using these and I haven't changed anything. Everyone else's pop up stats work great. How do I get my personal stats to work again.

Also while I have you here, how exactly do you get the table averages stats to work? I have a table averages group set to display table averages, but ut never displays. Thx

I'm using PT3 HUD, not the PAHUD that goes with PT2. I noticed something weird yesterday. I usually play just 6 max tables and my pop up stats don't work with them. Yesterday for some reason I decided to play both 6-max and 9-max tables and my pop up stats worked on all tables. However as soon as I closed out the 9-max tables, my pop up stats stopped displaying again on the 6-max tables.

What's my next step? Do I have to play a 9-max table to always see my pop up stats?

OK, I'm going to move this to the PT3 section of the forum.

The HUD configuration is shared between 6-max and full ring tables, so the popups should work in the same way.

I suspect this is to do with the amount of data needing to be retrieved from the database for your own stats.
Have you run Housekeeping recently, to make sure the cache is up to date? This should really help.

You could also try (as an experiment) unchecking the 'filter by current cash level' option - I don't think that will make any difference, but it will help narrow things down.

If you still don't see your own popup stats after re-caching, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

I couldn't reproduce problem playing both 9max and 6 max tables yesterday. I did enable logging. I still don't see my pop up stats, but there was 1 time when I did see them. I don't know if it was related to the table. My personal pop up stats worked briefly, but it seems that as soon as I closed a few tables and started new one, the stats when blank again. I'll have to make another log tonight because I didn't know it would be overwritten by restarting PT3. I can't believe nobody else is having this problem.
