preflop 3bet against open raise

1. Is there any way to separate between 3betting against an open raise or against a raise limpers?
2. Any way to check is there is a dead blind?

Cant really make useful 3bet size reports without those.

This isn't really possible to do accurately in PT3, but can be done in PT4. (In fact we have some built-in stats for 3betting against opens.)
