After I restarted PAHUD an hour ago, it fails to show stats, although it recognizes my tables. what to do?

Did the poker site software update?

Check your config..
Are the hands importing correctly into PT2?
Do you have the correct databases selected in Options -> Preferences -> Databases -> Holdem?

No, i dont think it updated.

The hands imports into pt as usual, but the first time it imports - it imports all the hands ive played on the site. (How to fix this?)
Yes, I have selected the correct db's

You should use the 'Reset' option on the PT prima auto import window periodically as this will clear out the prima HH file - obviously don't do this until the hands have been imported into PT2.
Personally I do this at the end of every session.

Does PT2 still have to import a load of old hand histories?

Check that your filters aren't preventing stats being shown.
Options -> Preferences -> Filters.

..and double check you have got the same database selected that PT2 is importing into.

If you still can't get it to work, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Make sure you are using the latest PAH version 1.19.8.
If you still can't see stats, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

still having the issue with prima not showing stats although recognizing the table and showing mucked cards.

decided to finally create a log file, but when i enable logging, pahud wont open. and logging is enabled with a "y" under pahud.config when opened with notepad.

so i need a little further advice as to how to create the log file, or barring that, what might be the issue with prima for me.

thanks.

after playing with it a bit it seems that pahud wont open after restart with logging enabled. have to manually go into the config with notepad and change it back to "n" for me to be able to use/restart pahud. strange?
