Stats not displaying on HUD

Postby JaneTheHot » Thu Jul 10, 2008 3:15 pm

I've read the sticky and went through the tutorial. I am able to use Ace Hud on my other PC, however the stats are not being displayed on this PC. Previously the stats were displayed, but they were not updating, so I re-installed pokertracker 2. Once I did this, I cannot see any stats. Please help.

Do you have PT2 importing hands again?
Do you have PAH configured to get stats from the correct database, and pointing at the correct hand history folder?
Have you checked that the filters are set up correctly in PAH? Make sure that the Refresh Rates are set to sensible values with no gaps, etc.

Yes, they are importing correctly.

How do I know if the hands are being imported from a correct database?

There seem to be no gaps in the refresh rate.

Thank you for your quick reply.

On the Preferences window, database / holdem section, make sure that the correct PT2 database(s) is/are selected (the database that you are importing into in PT2).
You also need to make sure that the correct hand history folder is configured in the site-specific section.

I have only one data base in the file, which "My first Database", which is highlighted. The pokertracker and Ace Hud both draw hands from the same folder. However, this did not fix my problem...

In addition, the only "stats" that I see are on the bottom of the right corner, which is " N/A, N/A, Pot: $x

Are you now seeing stats again?
If not, Are the tables being recognised in PAH? Can you see them in the main PAH window?
What site are you at, by the way?

OK, that sounds like it can't read the contents of the hand histories properly.
What site?
Is it installed in English?
