PokerAce not working properly any more

Hi, for some reason the other day pokerace just stopped working correctly. It only works on a few tables, and i usually play 12, it's running on about 8 of them. It's as though it's not importing hands anymore even though it is. I'm not sure if it's related to PT3 or not, but i am still running poker tracker 2.

Also, i had to open an account under a friends email because for some reason you guys won't send me the email that allows me to activate my account. My login name is the_shwa, and my email is [email protected]. Everytime i click for you to resend the activation email, nothing happens. If you could please send me that email i would appreciate it, and if you have an idea why the HUD is not working propoerly that would be helpful.

No, the problem would not be related to PT3.

Regarding your website registration, have you checked your junk mail folder in Hotmail? Your email(s) were sent and there should be no problems receiving them with a Hotmail account (or at least I do not have any problems).

I play mainly on Pokerstars with a few tables of Party Poker. I use just one database as i've always done. The database isn't that large as i've recently started a new one (they periodically become so large that i have to redownload the hhdb file and rename the old one to hhdb_old).

I do use the database cache, it has made retrieving stats much faster.....is it possible it's become too large?

With regards to the email for activating my account, i have not received anything, and nothing in my junk mail folder, i have requested to resend it a few times and still nothing.

Any ideas?

Hi Derek,
Yes i didn't even realize that the problem was i was playing 50BB min tables. However i tried to download v 1.19 beta to fix the problem but when i go to install it i get the error:

Error opening file for writing

So it won't install properly and i can't run it.

Make sure that PokerAce Hud is not running while you go to install...
