Poker Stars hands not importing and stats not displaying....

Ive followed the tutorial and done everything that is supposed to be done, but it will not import hands and display stats. PAHUD recognises the tables but no hands will import. Im running Poker Tracker V 2.17.01g and PAHUD 19.5beta.

In PAHUD i have it set to "Use The Memory Scanner"

what do i do?

Are you actually seated at the table and playing? Pokerstars does not allow datamining, so will not generate hand history files for PT to import if you are only observing.
If you are playing, please make sure that you have configured the Pokerstars software to write hand histories (off the top of my head I can't remember how to do this, but you should be able to find it in the menus somewhere), and that those files are being written.
