Also, are you using Vista on this computer? If so, are you running BOTH PT2 and FT as administrator? Vista should prompt you to cancel/allow both programs to run when you start them. Does it do this?

Go to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder. Do you see a file called PT2Utils.dll there?
