prob import on ipoker

If I play USD tables there is no problem, but if I play on euro tables or other currency there is an error message:

Unable to get the game level (2)...2040575813: Texas Hold'em NL $0.00/$0.00 2009-12-31 23:19:50


and no hand imported

Is there a patch or something to do to fix this?
