Exporting Tournament Player Statistics

Mike,

I've enjoyed your software thus far - thanks for the work you did putting this together.

I was curious if you could tell me how to export tournament player statistics so I can analyze them in one section. I saw there was an option under the ring game to export these statistics, but not under the tournament summary. It would really be helpful if I could see player by player statistics consolidated (perhaps under the Summary tab) instead of having to click through each player on the General Info tab.

Also, under the Summary tab, do you foresee adding additional tracking fields here (instead of just finish/tournament results)so we can get some more detailed customized reports?

Finally (a small one, but a minor annoyance) - I mainly use FTP for Omaha and have had to manually enter in my money results, but the software still does not allow me to enter finish results for either myself or my opponents. Do you foresee a fix to this sometime in the future?

These types of things will be added to the next version of the program.

You should be able to import tournament summaries from FTP so you won't have to manually enter information anymore, and I'm not aware of a bug preventing people from adding finish results. What version of PTO are you using?

I'm using version 1.13.02. It's picking up all of my hand history files, but it ignores my summary files when it imports.

Try using this patch to import the summary files:

No success on the patch - here is the message I get on the imports.

Starting Import, 2 files found...
Import Finished - 2 files read - 0 new hands were imported.

The files found and unread are the summary files.
