PTO Summaries Not Active

Postby slewkowicz » Sun Aug 09, 2009 10:49 pm

I played in several Full Tilt tournaments this month and last month. Today I noticed that results from a recent PL O/8 SNG were present in all of the tabs, however a HORSE tournament was not. I reset my preferences to use 7/1/09 and the only tourney present was this SNG.

I examined Tournament Results in Manual Entry and there were entries for several tournaments along with the results, so there should have been data present for all these tourneys in the tabs.

I decided to see what would happen if I saved all the entries again. When I did that, the stats appeared as they should in all tabs for all the tourneys with results.

It appears that even though the tournament results are being extracted from the Summary they were not being saved correctly in the database, even though the results show in Manual Entry. A similar problem occurs in PTS and the same solution resolves the problem. This workaround is not required in PT2; the summaries are present along with statistics for all tournaments.

I will post a cross reference to this in the PTS Support forum as well. Thanks for any help you can provide in resolving this. No rush, since I can work around the problem.

This might have to do with the order the summaries/and they were imported. Does this only happen with HORSE tournaments?

No, this happened with all of my Omaha tournaments including SNG's and MTT's since 7/1/09. They all had to be saved.

The same situation occurred with PTS.

Can you show me some screenshots of this in PTO so I can see what is happening? I know you said PTH works differently, but are you saying it used to work in PTO/PTS and since July 1 it is now different?
