error after v4.19

Hello,
after 4.19 when i start "get hands while playing" i get an error message "Unable to find an entry point named 'GetDpiForSystem for pt4"
i still can import hands while playing but i have no HUD at all.
i run on Windows 8.1, wondering if thats the issue, but i'd like to keep 8.1
is there anything i can do to fix it ?
i redownloaded pt4 v4.18.2 to just be able to work, but i guess that's a fix that has to be temporary
site i play on is winamax, if thats relevant

any ideas ?

Yes that is due to your Windows version which isn't supported. With that said you can try this update and see if that resolves it:
