You do need to enable FastForward support in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Party Poker.

Can everyone who is having problems confirm that they have that box checked?

box is of course checked ^^

didnt work ...

e: as I said 4.05.03 is running stable with buggy HUD (at FF!)
after installing 4.05.4 and checking the FF Box I can see in my Taskmanager PT4 running stable but the PT4HUD Thread crashes

thats why no HUD appears

(as mentioned: win8)

Did the crash reporter load up for you? If so did you send a crash report?

If not, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.

Please post your ticket number here as soon as you've created it and I'll get the FF developer on it ASAP.

I've been told that even though WPT is on the Party network, its implementation is not supported yet.

I apologize for this confusion and we will look into getting a fix for that room on the network. Anybody who would like automated notification when this fix is available, please create a support ticket - and we'll make sure you get notification when a fix is available.

well PT4 works with WPT pretty fine to be honest

(u just have to rename WPT.exe into partygaming.exe)

and I also tried FF-HUD on PartyPoker - didnt work either

so maybe its really a Win8 Problem?

Using Party itself on Windows 8, please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. We'll know more once we can see what's going on here for you when you are using Party itself.

I had some probs with w8, just make sure pokertracker. exe and pokertrackerhud4.exe in your pokertracker folder are ticked to run as administrator( right click-properties-compatability-tick "run as administrator" and click ok
this may help some of you

I've just received other confirmation that everything should be working just fine with Windows 8 - sonicman's tips are good ones; do make sure you are running things as Administrator (thanks sonicman!) - and if that doesn't help, please do submit that ticket.

thanks for the reply but I have the files running as admin

and my crash of PT4 has nothing todo with wpt OR party

it already crashes if the HUD starts

means: I can start PT4 - it works
I can start hand import - it works
BUT the HUDthread (pokertrackerhud4.exe crashes immediately after I start the import)
so PT4 keeps on running good but the HUD never really starts (no pokersoftware running at this point - opening or closing party or wpt, openning tables and so on makes no difference)

this happens exclusivly with the 4.05.4beta version

4.05.3 works good - PT4 AND HUD - wpt AND pp

if I can do anything else to help u solving this bug let me know
