Self-explanatory. I would like to see graphs in currency, BB, and big blinds.

This already exists. Click the Graphs button and choose the Personal Results report, all three options are available. Also note that the Statistics Overview graph is only expressed in BBs while the Results Overview graph is expressed is My Currency. We no longer mesure in Big Bets, this is an antiquated method that was a result of PokerTracker's 3 history as a sucessor to PokerTracker 2 (which was designed with limit games in mind).

I now see that BB on my graph is equivalent to big blinds and the BB/100 listed is actually bb/100. Thank you

Yes, the poker world has moved away from the concept of big bets and to using big blinds for analysis. As a result, for PT4 we made the decision to move to big blinds across the board.
