Every time I play on Titan (which i think is the ipoker network?) when every I get moved from one table to another the HUD stops working I have to stop PT4 and start it again in order for it to work again. A friend of mine also experienced the same issue

This is a known issue with no other workarounds available at this time.

Can I relaunch only Ipoker network in PT4?

No, you'll need to stop Getting Hands While Playing, and start it again.

An alternative is to close and re-open the table window between hands. That will also force iPoker to start a new hand history file which will have the correct table number.
