Move up/down color condition

I am not sure how such a thing haven't been implemented yet, but I would really like to see an up/down option for color conditions.
Giving the fact that the first condition is checked first and if it is true then this is the color of the stat, I think it is very important to have such a feature in order to avoid a lot of extra work when tweaking the color conditions.

A simple up/down arrow or "move up/move down" pop-up will be enough...
