Audit history and Export Database options

* Like to see the possibility to import the Pokerstars Audit player history in HTML format. The Html format is easy to view (for control options) . The CSV files is not.

* It would be nice when you do a export of the database the handhistories and tournament summaries will be split up in different folders.

Example:

Cashgames\Site
Tourneys\handhistories\Sites
Tourneys\Summary\Sites

This could also be configurable like by the processed folder. This could speed up the re-import and its handy because we have more re-import and control options.

The HTML may be more human-readable but that often makes things harder to parse for a computer - the csv file is much easier to process. You could request both if you prefer to read the html version yourself.
