Two error hands (pre-flop action)

Did some analysis this evening and found some strange issues.

Apparently two hands do not have a recognized "pre-flop action" and are thus not classified. See the attached picture.
Please also look at the funny SB/BB in the second hand. I also copied a picture of that hand and as you can see the SB has just been kicked out and the BB posted 42.50 (all in), called by UTG (60). I am not sure if that is a problem because of the pre-flop action error or something else. Both hands played perfectly well in the replayer as you can see in the movies that you can find in my dropbox.
Any idea how to fix these hands?

Please attach the full original hand history files for those hands to a Support Ticket so that we can see what caused that. Thanks.
